The art of Reflexology can be tracked back to 2330 B.C. ( International institute of Reflexology). It is and ancient practice in Chinese medicine. It consists of squeezing and massaging parts of the feet and other areas of the body. It is designed to promote improved health and wellbeing.
In China it has been designed to compliment other natural healing methods and stimulate the human body's recovery capabilities. It consists of a range therapeutic effects that go beyond foot massage.
Reflexology stimulates sensory receptors in the nerve fibers of the foot. It relieves tension and clears blockages through a gentle, yet effective, therapy. This therapy produces energy that branches to the spinal cord and, from there, is spread throughout the nervous system. Combine our full body massage with our foot reflexology. This will get you the best of both worlds.
We suggest that you come dressed in loose clothes or something more comfortable. This allows our therapists to better assist you. It is not necessary to remove your clothes.
We provide drawers where you can store your personal items. But, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
We accept cash and all major credit cards. A $2.00 transaction fee will be added to credit cards.
We welcome walk-ins. If you are part of a group of two or more then we suggest you and your guests make a reservation to ensure that space and staff are available.
In order to preserve an experience of relaxation, we do not permit cell phone conversations in the spa.
We are in a shopping plaza that has convenient free parking.
